We apply our new VECTOR 15VP FURNACE heat treatment line from SECO/WARWICK. The technological processes allow us to carry out cementation, hardening, cryogenic treatment and tempering of parts made of high-alloy steels.
Optional equipment includes LPC (vacuum cementation), gas-flow quenching and isothermal nitrogen cooling, as well as cryogenic freeze treatment.
As a result, we are able to combine and carry out the complete heat treatment process in one device.
This advanced vacuum technology improves the parameters of manufactured parts, reduces deformation, prevents oxidation and extends their service life.
